By using Fins ("the Bot"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and Discord's Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Bot.

2. Bot Usage

2.1 Proper Use

You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purpose as a fishing game within Discord servers where you have permission to add bots.

2.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Bot for any illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the Bot's services
• Use exploits or cheats to gain unfair advantages
• Reverse engineer or modify the Bot
• Use the Bot to harass others

3. User Accounts

The Bot stores minimal user data (fishing progress, inventory, and statistics) to provide its services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from its use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Termination

We may terminate access to the Bot for any user violating these Terms or Discord's guidelines without prior notice.
